1 Introduction

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount that a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds (and any winings derived therefrom) become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. JeetBuzz88 strictly enforces this age requirement and will require documentary proof of age during KYC verification. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes an abuse of the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. JeetBuzz88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

• You must notify JeetBuzz88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat.
• JeetBuzz88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including proof of address, source of funds, or enhanced due diligence documentation.
• Accounts may only be funded using payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all Accounts. JeetBuzz88 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to enable 2FA.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

JeetBuzz88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/TC and Tether/USDT). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the cryptocurrency option is selected, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit will be credited.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 for most payment methods. Minimum deposit thresholds for cryptocurrency may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantaneously or within a few minutes for e-wallet and FPX/DuitNow transactions. Bank transfer timelines may vary.
• JeetBuzz88 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider may levy transaction fees, for which JeetBuzz88 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third parties, unverified sources, or anonymous payment instruments are not accepted and may be returned or result in account suspension.
• JeetBuzz88 reserves the right to decline deposits or suspend accounts pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until a Player has completed full KYC verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (via FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank) are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours of approval.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (BTC/USDT) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes, subject to network confirmation times.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name and matching the details provided during KYC verification.
• JeetBuzz88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal request, and to request supporting documentation including proof of payment method ownership and source of funds.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to an Account are not withdrawable. Only real-money winings generated after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

JeetBuzz88 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus is available to eligible Players only and may be subject to restrictions based on account tier, deposit method, game type, or geographic location.
• Wagering Requirements applicable to any bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Players should review these requirements before accepting any bonus offer.
• Where a Player has an active Bonus Balance, wagers will be drawn from Bonus Funds before Real Money Funds unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• JeetBuzz88 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and partially wagered will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• The Birthday Bonus is credited automatically to eligible accounts within 24 hours of the registered birthdate. The applicable bonus amount is determined by the Player's verified VIP tier on the date of their birthday.
• Referral bonuses are credited upon confirmation that the referred Player has completed registration, verified their identity, and made a qualifying first deposit. Referrals found to involve the same individual operating multiple accounts will be disqualified.
• JeetBuzz88 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting game RTP differentials to clear wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and collusion between players.

8 Betting Rules & Fair Play

All games and betting products available on the Platform operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for electronic games, and through licensed live dealer studios for live casino products. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for slot titles and are available upon request.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. JeetBuzz88 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except in circumstances of clear technical error or manifestly incorrect odds, as determined at JeetBuzz88's sole discretion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money balances where fraud is established), and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one registered Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity documents, providing false personal information, or impersonating another individual.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker chip dumping, live casino card signalling, or sports betting syndicate manipulation.

• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human interaction.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from any illegal activity. JeetBuzz88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in respect of funds deposited into your Account.

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any JeetBuzz88 IP.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JeetBuzz88 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided therein.

• JeetBuzz88 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform and is not liable for losses arising from downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.
• JeetBuzz88 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's failure to protect their Account credentials or to enable available security features such as two-factor authentication.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not within JeetBuzz88's control once a game round is initiated. JeetBuzz88 is not liable for losses arising from the outcomes of any game or bet.
• JeetBuzz88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim, excluding any Bonus Funds.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

JeetBuzz88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice if JeetBuzz88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy incorporated herein.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct on or in connection with the Platform.
• Continuation of your Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to JeetBuzz88.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requires restriction of your Account.

Upon legitimate termination for breach, JeetBuzz88 may withold all or part of your Account Balance pending investigation. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any investigation.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible Balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

14 Amendments to These Terms

JeetBuzz88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, JeetBuzz88 will endeavour to provide Players with reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and/or sending a notification to the registered email address associated with an Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account and process any eligible Balance.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which JeetBuzz88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to JeetBuzz88's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, Players must submit a detailed written complaint to our support team via the official support email address.
